Upgrades

WARNING

Due to technical limitations, we are unable to downgrade VPS plans at this time.

Upgrade Process

1. Open a support ticket to request the upgrade.
2. We'll create an invoice for it — once it's paid, the upgrade process begins.
3. When it's finished, restart your VPS via the control panel so the new resources are allocated.

Adding More Disk Storage

Additional disk space is also possible — we upgrade the disk manually for you:

1. After you receive our confirmation, reboot your VPS via the control panel.
2. Expand the filesystem with tools like resize2fs. Alternatively, boot your VPS with our GParted ISO or the SystemRescue ISO and resize it there.
