Do you allow crypto mining? ​

Mining cryptocurrencies is absolutely forbidden on our network. It can have a negative effect on other customers' experiences by placing an unfair and persistently heavy demand on the available resources (CPU, RAM, and DISK).

Do you allow torrenting? ​

Yes, you can torrent on your service, but only if private trackers are used.

Do you have a Looking Glass? ​

Do you provide IPv6 for your servers? ​

Yes. All Virtual Private Servers are deployed with a single /64 IPv6 subnet.

Does Mynymbox allow Adult Content? ​

Mynymbox allows adult content only in our Netherlands location, provided it is legal adult content.

Does Mynymbox allow Tor Exit Nodes? ​

Yes, we allow both Tor Relays and Tor Exit Nodes, but strict rules apply. You must use our defined rule set.

How does Mynymbox deal with DMCA requests? ​

If our services are used to distribute content that violates copyright laws, we are required to suspend and terminate the service. We are not a "DMCA-ignoring" provider; we are a privacy provider and fully comply with legal requests.

Is Mynymbox a bulletproof provider? ​

No, Mynymbox is not a bulletproof provider. We provide privacy services and expect customers to respect legal boundaries.

Support hours ​

Mynymbox LLC is a small company. As such, we cannot promise ultra-fast support response times. We are instantly alerted of critical events that require immediate attention — for example, if a host goes offline or a drive fails. These events have the highest priority.

For non-critical requests, we try our best to reply as soon as possible: that can be within 10 minutes, 12 hours, or even a day, depending on the current workload.
