Email / Port 25 Policy

Mynymbox has a zero-tolerance policy for email spam. We do not allow sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email from our network. Any violation may result in immediate service suspension.

SMTP Port Restrictions

Ports 25, 465 and 587 are restricted on all VPS plans by default. You may submit a request to have these ports opened.

Requirements to Unblock SMTP Ports

• A non-refundable fee of 10 EUR applies.
• You must configure the following DNS records correctly:
  • SPF
  • DKIM
  • DMARC
  • PTR (reverse DNS)

Open a support ticket with the subject:

Unblock SMTP restrictions for my server [SERVER IP or HOSTNAME]

WARNING

If we receive an abuse notification related to your server, you must respond within 24 hours.
