Domain Transfers

Transfer to us

To transfer your domain we need the following things from you:

1. The domain name you want to transfer.
2. Your EPP/Auth code.
3. The domain must be unlocked / active.

You get the EPP/Auth code from your current domain registrar. After your approval it can take up to 7 working days until the transfer is done. The transfer also requires an approval via email — which email address receives the transfer request is set by your current registrar.

You don't need to remove the WHOIS protection!

Transfer to another provider

If you have registered your domain with us but want to transfer it away, please open a support ticket and we will help you with the necessary steps.

Note for new domains and fresh transfers

Per ICANN rules, domains cannot be transferred to a different registrar within 60 days of registration or a prior transfer.
