Email & Port 25 Policy

Mynymbox has zero tolerance for email spam. We do not allow the transmission of any unsolicited bulk or commercial email from our network, and any violation results in immediate suspension.

Default behavior

• Port 25 is blocked on all VPS plans by default.
• Customers may request an unblock, subject to the requirements below.

Requirements to unblock port 25

1. Pay a non-refundable 10 EUR fee for the unblock request.
2. Configure proper DNS records: DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and PTR.
3. Open a support ticket with the subject line “Unblock port 25 for my server with …” (include your server identifier).
4. Commit to answering any abuse notification within 24 hours.

Failure to meet these conditions or any spam complaint will lead to the port being re-blocked and may trigger service suspension.
