Use Pre-configured App Templates

We offer pre-configured App Templates so you can deploy popular applications on your VPS quickly.

  • WireGuard + Pi-hole + Unbound (Zero-Log): Ultimate privacy setup with zero logging.
  • Docker: Container platform with Docker CE, Compose, and Buildx.
  • Node.js: JavaScript runtime with PM2, npm, and Yarn.
  • LEMP Stack: Linux, Nginx, MariaDB, and PHP-FPM.
  • Nextcloud: Self-hosted cloud storage with Apache, MariaDB, and Redis.
  • Haven Relay: Personal Nostr relay with Caddy web server.
  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Navigate to your VPS service.
  3. Open the Virtualizor Control Panel for that VPS.
  1. In the Control Panel, go to Install → Recipes or choose Reinstall OS.
  2. Pick your desired App Template and click Reinstall (recommended) or Execute when using the Recipes page.
  3. The installation starts automatically.

We recommend using the Reinstall OS workflow for the cleanest deployment.

⚠️ SSH logins may be temporarily blocked while the installation runs. This is normal.

  • Wait time: 15–30 minutes.
  • Do not panic: Inability to SSH usually means the script is still working.
  • Be patient: System updates, package installations, and security hardening take time.

You can consider the template ready when:

  1. You can SSH into your server.
  2. The first login displays a message that includes:
    • Installation completion notice.
    • All credentials (usernames, passwords, database details).
    • Important file paths and configuration notes.
    • Service access URLs and ports.

If you don’t see this login message, the installation isn’t finished. Wait another 10–15 minutes before trying again.

  • Installation exceeds 30 minutes:

    1. Check VPS status in the Control Panel.
    2. Ensure enough CPU, RAM, and disk space.
    3. Wait an extra 15–20 minutes.
    4. Contact Support if the issue persists.
  • Cannot access services after completion:

    1. Double-check credentials from the login message.
    2. Review firewall rules and required ports.
    3. Confirm the installation fully completed before making manual changes.
