Web Hosting clients

  • When you order a Web Hosting account together with a domain, our nameservers are configured automatically—no extra work required.
  • If you purchased the domain elsewhere, update its nameservers at your registrar to point to Mynymbox. The domain must exist in your hosting account:
    • If it isn’t your main domain, add it manually in DirectAdmin with the domain you want to use.

Without a Web Hosting plan

If you don’t have a Web Hosting plan but still want to manage DNS with us, request a DNS Only Management Account via support ticket. Once provided, you can control all DNS records for your domain through that interface.
